BidPostLoop is a public attention marketplace. Companies compete for leaderboard ranking through
backing. 50% of new cash backing funds that company's creator rewards ($10 now, $10 at the next
6:00 PM PT close, $30 at the 7-day mark per $100); 25% funds reusable Backer Credits. Monetary values are integers in USD cents.
